Kate graduated from the Australian National University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and went on to obtain her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2016. Kate was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in the same year.
Kate has over 5 years of legal experience, having practiced in commercial and corporate advisory, estate planning, property and litigation in two National firms. She has acted for some of Australia’s largest insurers in public liability, debt recovery and life insurance matters. Kate’s experience also extends to providing advice to charities and not-for profits on corporate and commercial matters, as well as advising the national regulator, the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission.
